Tantum Advisory was founded by Tom Howitt, an ASX CFO and Company Secretary with more than 30 years experience leading finance functions in Australia and overseas across healthcare, technology, resources and funds management.

Tom Howitt
Founder and Principal
Tom is a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary with more than 30 years’ experience working with ASX listed companies across healthcare, technology, biotech, medical devices, genetics, resources, investment banking and funds management.
He has successfully managed six IPOs on ASX, NASDAQ and TSX-V, raised more than $200 million in equity and debt, and led more than a dozen acquisitions and divestments including several exceeding $50 million.
